A Brighter Day

There comes a time

For all of us

(Regardless of our power)

When we must stop

And rest a while

(To make the day pass slower)

Block out the noise

Regain ourselves

(Remember those who love us)

And realize

This, too, shall pass.

(A brighter day is coming.)
